Job Summary
General Service Technician role in which you will service customers' vehicles and perform entry-level automotive tasks. You will participate in a training program to gain certification, promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care, communicate clearly about vehicle service, keep the service center clean, mentor junior teammates, and perform duties such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire pressure verification, fluid replenishment, basic inspections, and documentation of work performed. The position emphasizes safety, adherence to policy, ability to handle light/heavy tasks, and a flexible schedule to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality)
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
- Strong work ethic, dependable, team player
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle bending/squatting
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments; flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and company policies
