Job Summary
Entry-level General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles, perform oil changes and inspections, check fluids and tires, and assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient service area. Will participate in a robust training program leading to certification, provide clear communication to guests and teammates, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include oil drain plug/filter replacement, tire pressure checks, fluid levelTop-offs, vehicle inspections, and documenting work on repair orders while adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting.
