General Service Technician

Entry-level role servicing guests' vehicles in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities include professionally servicing vehicles to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction, participating in a training program to gain certification, promoting teamwork, maintaining a clean service center, communicating clearly with guests and teammates, guiding and mentoring junior technicians, checking oil levels, monitoring tire pressures, inspecting and refilling fluids, performing oil drain plug and oil filter changes, documenting work on repair orders, and adhering to safety policies. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
