Job Summary
General Service Technician at Big O Tires performs routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filter replacements), assists with vehicle inspections, completes repairs and maintenance tasks, uses diagnostic equipment and computerized systems to diagnose problems, ensures repairs meet manufacturer specs and industry standards, conducts test drives, communicates repair recommendations to customers, and supports sales and management staff while complying with safety policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional integrity, customer service, and staying current with automotive technology in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and onsite in Mustang, Oklahoma, with up to 25% travel between local stores.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- Active and unrestricted driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year related experience preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- MVR check and clean driving record
