Job Summary
General Service Technician duties include mounting/dismounting, balancing, and rotating tires; repairing flats and performing oil changes; replacing filters; conducting courtesy inspections and documenting findings; diagnosing and performing brake work (disc/drum, lathe work); handling suspension repairs (struts, shocks, control arms); performing alignments and steering system repairs; replacing under-hood components (water pumps, alternators, radiators); stocking inventory and maintaining shop safety; working as part of a team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service. Great-fit candidates have 1–3 years of automotive service experience, hands-on preventive maintenance and light mechanical skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, the ability to lift 70 lbs, strong problem-solving and attention to detail, and a flexible schedule with weekend availability.
