Job Summary
Perform oil changes and lubrication service for member and nonmember vehicles. Perform tire repairs and installation service for member and nonmember vehicles. Assist upper level technicians as needed, test drives to verify performance and drivability, and retest drives after repairs. Maintain clean and safe work environment, follow safety rules, and keep equipment in good condition. Document inspections and parts in the shop management system with photos/videos, ensure timely completion of repairs, and communicate with managers, service advisors, and other technicians to support location performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair procedures and pursue ongoing training; complete at least 12 hours of continuing auto repair training per year as provided by the club. Ensure vehicle safety and repair quality, prioritizing any comeback-related work as directed by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Six months experience in general repair, lube services and or tire shop
