Conduct general shop services including cleaning grounds, sweeping waiting rooms, and maintaining equipment like sweepers and lawn mowers. Shuttle customers to and from home or work when required, and empty oil drain tanks and scrub wash tanks weekly. Check stock levels for fluids, coffee, and supplies, ordering items when low after manager approval. Sweep metal shavings from brake lathes and tire machines, wipe down equipment, and check air compressor oil levels weekly. Walk the fence daily to check for damage and trim tree limbs, ensuring safety glasses are worn during power equipment use. Empty night drop boxes, clean mirrors and sinks, and organize uniforms in the men's room. Assist technicians with vehicle movement and follow production goal-setting meetings every Monday morning.
