Job Summary
Lead the Buy Happy sales team through the sales process, drive profitability in front-end operations, recruit and develop Sales Consultants, coordinate with finance and lending partners, and collaborate with the GM to improve processes. Responsibilities include sales leadership, setting short/long-term goals, managing incentives and rebates with manufacturers, conducting on-the-job training, overseeing vehicle deliveries, ensuring adherence to dealership policies, building lender relationships, and resolving customer complaints. Requires 15+ years of dealership sales/management, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to manage a large, diverse staff across multiple departments.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in business administration, management, sales, or related field
- 15+ years of dealership sales and management
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a background and drug screen
- CDK System experience preferred
