Job Summary
General Sales Manager at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet oversees and drives sales and profitability for variable operations, leads from the front lines, and partners with the GM and managers to develop monthly and annual goals. Responsibilities include managing the sales desk and customer turnover, mentoring and developing sales consultants, F&I managers, and other sales managers, maintaining relationships with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel, ensuring volume commitments to the manufacturer, and hiring/training/supervising sales staff while upholding core company values. Requires a strong track record in high-volume dealership environments and a hands-on, process-driven leadership style focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational results.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years automotive experience preferred
- Proven track record and experience as a sales consultant, F&I Manager and Used or New Sales Manager required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
