Job Summary

Lead and develop the automotive sales team, overseeing both new and used car departments, driving sales performance and profitability. Responsibilities include coaching sales consultants, training staff, managing dealer relationships with third-party vendors, achieving monthly sales quotas, handling inventory and lot operations, conducting trade appraisals, managing revenue logs and reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the department, administering factory programs, and leveraging vendor partnerships to optimize dealership performance. Requires prior sales consultant and F&I manager experience, 3-5 years of automotive industry experience, ability to build and sustain customer relationships, high-volume capacity, and strong computer skills with dealer management systems. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred; MBA a plus.
