Job Summary
Recruit, train, and lead a top-performing in-home sales team while driving growth through motivation and hands-on leadership. Develop effective local and regional sales strategies and partner with production and marketing to meet company goals. Meet with homeowners to assess home improvement needs, representing Southern Industries with professionalism and integrity. This role requires 5+ years in home improvement sales, evening and Saturday availability, and a valid driver's license. Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $250,000+ with uncapped commissions and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, or related industries
- Proven success in in-home or business-to-consumer sales
- Strong leadership and team management background
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to relocate if needed
