Job Summary
General Sales Manager (GSM) for automotive dealership in Charleston, SC. Lead all variable operations with a focus on sales performance, profitability, inventory management, and customer satisfaction; recruit, train, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Sales Professionals; establish a culture of accountability and performance; monitor and improve sales process execution, CRM utilization, lead management, appointment setting, follow-up, and closing performance; collaborate with Fixed Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to achieve dealership goals; drive growth in new, used, and certified vehicle sales; manage inventory levels, aging units, pricing strategies, and merchandising efforts; maintain strong manufacturer relationships and ensure compliance with brand standards; conduct regular performance reviews and leadership development activities. Required Qualifications
- Automotive dealership GM or GSM experience required
