Job Summary

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team (Sales Managers, Consultants, and BDC) at a high-volume Toyota dealership. Drive new and used vehicle sales to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets while monitoring KPIs such as gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory strategy, pricing, and merchandising; ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and legal regulations. Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Marketing to maximize dealership performance; analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of automotive sales management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-volume dealership
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations, CRM tools, and desking
  • Experience with Toyota brand standards (preferred but not required)
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
