Job Summary
Operate and maintain facility mechanical and electrical systems as a General Repair Technician III – Static; perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, BAS, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and other building equipment; manage the work-order lifecycle from dispatch to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with EHS and fire-protection requirements; assist with facility-related projects, provide data-driven observations, mentor junior technicians, and maintain positive client relations through professional service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma plus trades training and/or certification or licensing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, pneumatic or hydraulic systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation (one of the following bullet points) Building Operator Certification or equivalent through an accredited institution required
- Must be able and willing to work shifts, be available for on-call/standby and emergency call-outs as they arise
- Must strictly adhere to Health and Safety policies including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must be capable of obtaining appropriate security clearance
