Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on BYD vehicles while adhering to EV safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Perform vehicle inspections, support Electronic Vehicle Check reporting, and ensure Fix It Right and First-Time-Right repair standards are achieved. Collaborate with supervisors to resolve technical issues and maintain a clean, professional workshop environment following 5S standards. Meet productivity and utilization targets while upholding quality and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle repairs
- Good understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to follow workshop manuals and service procedures
- Good communication skills in English
- Diploma, ITI, NCVT, ITC, or equivalent technical qualification
- 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive, Diagnostic, or General Repair Technician
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work
Desired Qualifications
- EV or hybrid vehicle experience is an advantage
- UAE driving license is an advantage
