Job Summary
General Repair Technician at BGIS responsible for operating and maintaining facility mechanical and electrical systems, performing inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance, and ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and asset integrity. Strong focus on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and building equipment, with emphasis on coordinating work orders, vendor management, and improving tenant experience while supporting 24/7 operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma plus trades training and/or certification or licensing.
- Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation (one of the following bullet points)
- Building Operator Certification or equivalent through an accredited institution required
