General Property Manager - Mixed-Use

Job Summary
Conduct operational oversight of a large-scale mixed-use asset, managing office, retail, residential, and public realm components to increase economic value and deliver top-tier hospitality experiences. Lead cross-functional teams and third-party providers in training personnel, supervising event programming, and maintaining service level standards while fostering relationships with community leaders and government officials. Manage the financial performance of the asset, including P&L responsibility, budget drafting, rent collection, and capital expenditure oversight. Direct emergency procedures, execute safety drills, and ensure compliance with all government and industry policies. Represent Hines in business and industry organizations while overseeing marketing, leasing strategies, and contractor negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of mixed-use management experience with an emphasis in office
- Financial experience including P&L responsibility, budgetary oversight, cost analysis, and management of service contracts and arrears
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Successful completion of the Hines Property Management Training Program or equivalent real estate knowledge
- Work indoors approximately 90% of the time and outdoors 10% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters
- Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate
