Job Summary
Two openings for General Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations in Reno, NV. Responsibilities include overseeing field operations from startup through completion, managing self-perform crews and subcontractors (up to 300 onsite), ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, directing meetings on scheduling, safety, logistics and performance, reviewing RFIs and change orders, coordinating with Project Managers and leadership, maintaining relationships with owners/inspectors/architects/public agencies, enforcing OSHA safety and quality standards, tracking production for self-performed scopes, and supporting closeout activities. Requirements include a minimum of 5+ years as a Superintendent in a commercial GC, strong scheduling/coordination experience, multi-trade supervision, Procore proficiency, and proven leadership and communication skills. Local to Reno or willing to relocate; per diem considered case-by-case.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
- Proven success managing large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination
- Experience managing multiple trades and large subcontractor teams
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore
- Ability to lead high-performing field teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of self-perform concrete operations is a plus
- Must be local to Reno or willing to relocate
