Job Summary
Assist production by packaging materials and products manually; inspect and label containers, operate conveyor and load/move materials with an industrial truck or hoist, and record weight/time/date packaged. Requires reading work instructions and blueprints, following safety rules, and maintaining quality. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing or foam fabrication environment is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine functions
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, and machine settings in English
- Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) is a plus for effective communication on a diverse team
