Job Summary
Night-shift General Production role in a cheese-manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring equipment, testing, inspecting, and providing feedback to leadership; assisting with training programs; monitoring and troubleshooting equipment; and data entry. The role supports a 3:00 PM–1:30 AM schedule, Monday–Saturday with two rotating days off, with additional pay premiums for night hours and weekends. Emphasis on maintaining quality and consistency, supporting company production goals, and contributing to a safety- and quality-focused team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing environment

- High School or GED preferred
- 1 year of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing environment preferred
- Able to perform lifted 20-50lbs and work in humid/cold/hot conditions
- Night shift availability
- Ability to participate in training programs and provide feedback to leadership
