Job Summary
Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure continuous output at the Fayetteville, AR Conagra Plant. Operate various machines and supply lines while performing product checks to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and help maintain a clean work area complying with food safety and OSHA requirements. This physical role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs, and performing repetitive tasks in a noisy manufacturing environment. Power jack and forklift experience are preferred. Shifts run 10 hours Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift boxes of up to 40 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to use hands to move things
- Ability to be on feet
- Ability to walk around the facility
- Ability to climb stairs/ladders or kneel for extended periods
- Ability to perform consistent repetitive tasks
- Ability to frequently lift, push or carry materials
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Availability for Monday - Thursday shifts
- Availability for occasional Friday shifts
- Availability for 10-hour shifts
- Availability for start times between 6:30 – 4:30pm
- Ability to operate all different machines and equipment
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment
- Ability to supply the lines to ensure a continuous production flow
- Ability to perform product checks to ensure quality
- Ability to collaborate with all departments to support production demand
- Ability to maintain product quality standards
- Ability to maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements
- Ability to work overtime to ensure production demand is fulfilled
