Job Summary
Conduct entry-level general labor in a cold, hot, wet, and slippery environment while maintaining safety standards and adhering to company policies. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching, with lifting capabilities up to 40 lbs. Rotate throughout the department, potentially working in Evisceration or Further Processing, and complete required background checks. This 2nd shift role in Waldron, AR accepts rehires after 365 days and requires government ID verification for employment history.
