Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions with arms, wrists, and hands
- Ability to work around industrial equipment and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work in different departments or positions as production and staffing needs require
- Demonstrated strong work history and commitment to job responsibilities
- Previous poultry production or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with groups of employees or customers
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
