Job Summary
Prepare, package, and inspect cheese products by loading items onto production lines, performing quality checks, monitoring automated equipment, and completing accurate production and regulatory documentation. Assignments include vacuum packing, salting, peeling, packaging, or tying product as required. Maintain sanitation standards, ensure proper labeling and coding, identify product or equipment issues, and provide support across the department. This role involves Monday through Saturday shifts with rotating days off, with overtime possible based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Three (3) months or more of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing industry
