Job Summary
Prepare, package, and inspect cheese products by loading items onto production lines, performing quality checks, monitoring automated equipment, and completing accurate documentation. Assignments include vacuum packing, salting, peeling, and tying product as required while maintaining sanitation standards and ensuring proper labeling and coding. Identify product or equipment issues and provide support across the department. This role involves Monday through Saturday shifts with rotating days off, potential overtime, and a starting pay of $22.89/hour plus premiums for night and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Three (3) months or more of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing industry
