Job Summary
Conduct stuffing operations by placing raw product into horns, hand-stuffing into coffee film and netting, and pulling netting across in a horizontal motion. Perform racking duties by placing 5-36 lb. hams on racks, pushing racks weighing 800-2000 lbs., and tucking tails into hams. Execute cutting tasks using scissors or knives to cut tails, manage Multivac machines to seal bags, and operate the Brincten clamp to apply clamps to netted product. Lift metal canisters up to 40 lbs., buckets of 5-25 lbs., and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and standing on concrete floors in temperatures of 50 degrees or lower. Attend food safety orientation to protect product from contamination and contact supervisors immediately regarding unacceptable conditions.

- Must be able to pull coffi film and netting
- Must be able to use scissors or knife
- Must be able to use a poker
- Must be able to place hams on racks
- Must be able to place hams on a Multivac machine
- Must be able to place raw product into a horn and hand stuff product into coffi film and netting
- Must be able to pull the netting stuffed with ham across in front of the middle section
- Must be able to attend orientation where basic Food Safety Training is given
- Must be willing and able to protect the product from contamination at all times
- Must be willing and able to ensure company policies are followed
- Must be willing and able to contact the Supervisor, Trainer and/or Quality Assurance Department immediately in the event of any unacceptable condition
- Must be willing and able to complete the necessary qualification requirements for the job assigned
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
