Job Summary
General Practitioner / Family Physician needed for a busy Winnipeg clinic. The role offers 75–80% billings with strong walk-in and roster demand, a newly built clinic with 6 consult rooms and 6 treatment rooms, a full support team (Clinical Assistants, MOAs, pharmacist), EMR and modern equipment, and a flexible schedule with no on-call. Requirements include CPSM licensure and certification with CFPC or via recognised pathways (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, ACRRM, DABFM). The candidate should be comfortable in a high-volume setting with strong communication and patient-centred care. Located in central Winnipeg, the position emphasizes international medical graduates’ integration and a supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible for CPSM licensure
- Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or via recognised pathways (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, ACRRM, DABFM)
- Comfortable with a high-volume setting
- Strong communication and patient-centred approach
