Job Summary
General Practitioner/Family Physician sought for a preventive and cardiovascular-focused clinic in Downtown Toronto. Responsibilities include managing preventive care, chronic disease management, and cardiovascular health; high patient volume with referrals; collaborate with specialists in a team-based setting; operate with a modern EMR system; strong admin and clinical support; require CPSO licensing and relocation/immigration assistance for international doctors. Must have a medical degree and Ontario licence, CFPC certification or international pathway (MRCGP/MICGP/RACGP), and excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree and valid or eligible licence to practise in Ontario
- Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or via approved international pathway (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)
- Interest in preventive medicine, cardiovascular care, or chronic disease management
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
