Job Summary
Conduct primary care services for patients of all ages across four 10-hour shifts per week, managing an average of 16 daily patients with a focus on chronic conditions and older demographics. Provide OB care including C-sections, as no maternal-fetal medicine is on staff, while transferring high-risk cases to Bend or Boise. Manage call coverage from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. via beeper, which may be included if OB care is provided. Complete credentialing within approximately 45 days using the Cerner EMR system, with a desired start date within 3 to 6 months.

- Prescriptive Authority Required
- Board Certification Required
- COVID and flu vaccinations
- Signed declination form if provider chooses not to receive vaccinations
