Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, an advanced practice provider, nurses, and medical assistants; work alongside embedded support services such as behavioral health, social work, care management, and diabetes education. Opportunity to work in a standalone practice setting with strong clinical and administrative support. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire (Maine licensure a plus). EPIC electronic health record system; part of Mass General Brigham, a nationally recognized healthcare organization focused on quality and community impact.
