Job Summary
Lead the clinical direction and manage a team of doctors and medical staff while providing superior patient and client care. Oversee hospital operations with a focus on financial ownership, equity, and profit-sharing opportunities. Build the practice's equity through leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to veterinary excellence and ethical principles. Navigate difficult cases with empathy and drive professional development for the team. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree (VMD) from an AVMA accredited college or university
- Active state license in good standing, or currently pursuing licensure
- Current DEA license in good standing, or willing to obtain
- A commitment to veterinary excellence and upholding the Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics
- Proven leadership experience
- A strong desire for hospital ownership/equity
