Job Summary
Lead a dedicated team of doctors and medical staff to oversee clinical direction and ensure superior patient and client care. Manage daily medical operations, provide leadership and mentorship to veterinary staff, and navigate difficult cases with sensitivity. Collaborate closely with the practice manager to uphold veterinary excellence and professional ethics. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree (VMD) from an AVMA accredited college or university
- Active state license in good standing, or currently pursuing licensure
- Current DEA license in good standing, or willing to obtain
- A commitment to veterinary excellence and upholding the Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics
- Proven leadership experience, typically overseeing medical operations
