Job Summary

Lead medical operations and clinical direction for the practice by managing a team of doctors and medical staff. Oversee superior patient and client care while providing leadership, mentorship, and support to all veterinary personnel. Navigate difficult cases with empathy and collaborate closely with the practice manager to ensure clinical excellence and professional development. Maintain active state and DEA licensure in good standing while upholding veterinary medical ethics. This senior leadership role offers a customized compensation package with sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree (VMD) from an AVMA accredited college or university
  • Active state license in good standing, or currently pursuing licensure
  • Current DEA license in good standing, or willing to obtain
  • A commitment to veterinary excellence and upholding the Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics
  • Proven leadership experience, typically overseeing medical operations
