General Plant Manager

Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple fossil power production facilities, leading activities to achieve short and medium-term financial objectives. Direct supervisory leadership for operations, maintenance personnel, and subcontractors with authority to hire and terminate, while setting maintenance schedules and managing ongoing training programs. Oversee plant budgets, propose equipment modifications, and implement site policies, safety programs, and work practices to ensure regulatory compliance and safe generation at minimum cost. Handle public relations, local community interactions, and customer relations including steam hosts and utilities. Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management with 15+ years in electrical generation power plant operations.
