Job Summary
Senior plant leadership role overseeing all aspects of the Main Assembly manufacturing facility, accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Continuous Improvement; lead cross-functional teams, develop high-performing leaders, drive Lean and operational excellence, manage budgets and capital projects, and align plant objectives with corporate strategy. Must have extensive manufacturing leadership experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in driving safety culture, process optimization, and workforce development in a large-scale automotive/ bus assembly environment.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering or Business discipline
- A minimum of 15 years of manufacturing experience in automotive, heavy truck, commercial vehicle, bus, heavy equipment, or comparable complex assembly environments
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant leadership responsibilities
- All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
