Conduct outpatient clinic and inpatient consult services as a hospital-employed orthopedic surgeon within a collegial group of system physicians. Manage a 1:7 call rotation while utilizing a flexible practice structure to tailor volume and productivity goals. Receive mentorship and support focused on developing physician practices. The position offers a generous base salary plus production bonuses with significant earning potential depending on productivity, alongside sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and fellowship stipends.
