Job Summary
Orthopedic Surgeon at our Orthopedic Care Clinic in Butte, MT, joining a well-established group of providers to deliver full-spectrum musculoskeletal care. Work with a team of 10 providers, collaborate with primary care and other specialties, and utilize EPIC EMR. Competitive compensation at $725,000 with incentives, plus a $25,000 starting bonus, relocation bonus up to $20,000, and up to $100,000 in loan repayment support. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, CME allowance, and licensure reimbursement. Board-certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with MD/DO degree, residency in Orthopedic Surgery, active Montana license or ability to obtain, and successful credentialing. Sports medicine experience is a nice-to-have but not required; open to new grads. Schedule: 40 hours/week at the Butte clinic/hospital. The hospital is a Level III Trauma Center with Chest Pain Center accreditation, offering mentorship, leadership opportunities, and program growth within a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Residency trained in Orthopedic Surgery
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active Montana medical license or ability to obtain one
- Successful credentialing through Intermountain Health
- Sports medicine interest a plus but not required
