Job Summary
Operate tractors, harvesters, spray rigs, and loaders to carry out spraying, cultivation, harvesting, and transport activities. Conduct routine equipment inspections, report faults, and assist with planting, weeding, mulching, and pest monitoring. Manage irrigation systems, apply fertilizers and chemicals under supervision, and maintain farm buildings and fences. Ensure harvested produce meets quality standards and follow cold-chain handling procedures. Work efficiently to achieve daily productivity targets while maintaining health and safety compliance. Physically fit with strong teamwork skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
