Job Summary
Perform final assembly of components and subassemblies using hand and power tools according to work instructions and blueprints. Inspect completed assemblies for defects, accurately complete production records and checklists, and move materials using proper handling techniques. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards and adhering to 5S housekeeping protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow all safety guidelines with required PPE. Standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 lbs are required in a manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime is needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive motions
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed
- Work authorization in the United States
