Job Summary
Conduct precision finishing of raw ceramic products using sandpaper, files, and NSK drills to remove die lines and refine surfaces. Perform visual checks on ceramic and wax components to ensure they meet required standards, following Standard Process Instructions (SPI) for consistency. Accurately complete batch/routing cards before moving products to the next stage, using magnifiers and specialist tools where required. Report issues or defects to maintain production quality while adhering to 'think SAFE' procedures and keeping the work area clean. Join a high-volume, quality-driven production environment at Morgan Advanced Materials in Corby, where full training is provided for those without prior manufacturing experience.
