General Operative to support clearance of void and responsive properties, including heavy lifting, often working alongside another operative to improve efficiency. Responsibilities include clearing properties of household items and furniture, assisting with removal of heavy items such as sofas and white goods, supporting day-to-day clearance activities across void and responsive maintenance contracts, and maintaining a safe, tidy working environment. Requires a UK driving licence and adherence to health and safety practices.
