Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the Reconditioning Center, including bottom line management, workflow, performance management, and quality assurance resolution. Ensure dealerships receive a sufficient variety of high-quality vehicles to meet sales demand while achieving objectives through effective team management, operating expense control, and efficiency. Collaborate with regional management and the buyer team to establish supply chain goals. Complete recruiting, screening, and hiring of team members, hold regular staff meetings, and ensure Team Leads effectively train and develop direct reports. Evaluate team performance, provide constant feedback based on observations and statistics, and assist in completing performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree in business or vocational/technical school
- Any equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education which fulfills the requirements of the position
- 4+ years managing a minimum of 15 employees or more
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and work with all levels of employees and customers
- work in conjunction with various corporate groups to achieve corporate and ground goals
- Valid driver's license
- good driving record
- Must be able to communicate in English to ensure effective performance of the position in a safety-sensitive/technical environment
