Job Summary
Manage daily operations for a luxury vacation rental portfolio in the Coachella Valley by leading staff, coordinating maintenance and inspections, and ensuring consistent guest readiness. Oversee 24/7 guest communication coverage, support check-ins, and maintain five-star hospitality standards across all properties. Develop and improve inspection workflows, inventory systems, and operational processes using the Breezeway Home app to enhance accountability and efficiency. Assist with owner billing, design proposals, and property onboarding while collaborating with the management team to drive business growth and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, vacation rentals, or multi-site operations
- Strong experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities at once
- High attention to detail with a commitment to precision and follow-through
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable building systems, leading people, and improving operations
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Coachella Valley
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to respond to urgent guest needs and operational issues outside standard business hours
- Must be comfortable sharing on-call responsibilities for guest communication and issue resolution
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality and/or real estate experience preferred
