Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities by assessing health conditions, recording medical histories, and administering prescribed medications and IV treatments. Monitor patient progress, report abnormalities to the medical team, and assist during examinations and procedures. Develop individualized care plans, perform wound care and dressing changes, and educate patients on health conditions and post-discharge care. Ensure proper documentation, maintain infection control standards, and respond to emergencies with immediate life-saving interventions. Operate medical equipment as required and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care while complying with hospital policies and regulations.
