General Nurse (Inpatient Services)

Provide thorough nursing care in inpatient sections, receiving patients and conducting initial assessments to determine diagnoses, prioritize needs, and create care plans. Perform periodic reassessments to evaluate patient responses and plan further care or discharge. Analyze assessment data to anticipate conditions and ensure equipment and medicines are available for examinations. Deliver educational activities to patients and families, observe condition developments, and report updates to doctors. Maintain complete documentation before, during, and after treatment, and collect data for operational reports. Implement quality and safety procedures, including attending training and documenting reports for hospital indicators. Requires a Bachelor of Nursing degree, active STR, and BTCLS certification.
