Job Summary
Join Northwell Health Neurology at Peconic Bay Medical Center (PBMC) in Riverhead and Mather Hospital in Port Jefferson as BC/BE general neurologists. Flexible positions combine inpatient and ambulatory responsibilities and may include neuro-hospitalist roles. The department offers access to a large multidisciplinary neurology team, opportunities for academic collaboration, grand rounds, conferences, and case sharing with experts across subspecialties. An academic appointment with the Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine is commensurate with credentials and experience. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible general neurologists (BC/BE)
- ability to perform inpatient and ambulatory responsibilities
- neuro-hospitalist roles optional or part of flex positions
- academic appointment with Hofstra/Northwell School of Medicine or equivalent affiliation
- participation in continuing medical education and scholarly activities
