Job Summary
Warranty Claims Administrator to join Swickard Auto Group's Warranty team. Responsibilities include booking, closing, and transmitting repair orders using Reynolds & Reynolds; processing claims with Mercedes-Benz software, reviewing labor times, and ensuring accurate payments; staying informed on claims developments and manufacturer policy; participating in webinars and internal reviews; reconciling Warranty Receivables Schedules; documenting all claim activities in the management system; and providing regular claim status reports and trend analyses to management.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years General Motors Warranty Administrator experience required
- Experience navigating Service and Warranty functions within NetStar and EVA
- Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
