Job Summary
Build rapport with customers by displaying a friendly attitude, answering product questions, and directing inquiries to appropriate team members. Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards across departments including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral. Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks while following procedures in an organized and efficient way. Collaborate with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed. This entry-level role supports Meijer's family culture of personal growth and community service, offering weekly pay and scheduling flexibility for team members across six states.
