General Merchandise Team Leader

Lead General Merchandise operations on the sales floor with responsibilities in merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, pick/pack/ship fulfillment (where applicable), and coaching a team of hourly team members to deliver sales goals and guest experiences. Develop and execute workload plans, train and develop staff, ensure compliance with safety and policies, and maintain product availability. Requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail experience is preferred. Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and customer-service skills to foster a guest-first culture and drive store performance.
