Job Summary
Lead and develop the General Merchandise team to deliver a consistent guest-focused experience. Responsible for planning daily/weekly workloads to meet sales goals, coaching and evaluating hourly team members, and ensuring training and development to maintain product availability, accurate signing/pricing, and efficient backroom operations. Drive store-wide execution of merchandising, inventory accuracy, stock management, and safety/compliance while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture and delivering Target’s guest experience commitments. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and being 18 or older; the role involves leading a team, communicating effectively, and handling tasks such as receiving merchandise, setting up displays, restocking, and supporting safe, compliant store operations.
